I initially booked a consultation for TMJ that I’ve had for over a decade and some trap tension (they felt hard as rocks, yuck). Megan took me back and we talked, and she recommended I speak with her husband Erick. I appreciated how thoughtful they both were! Erick was able to give me my first ever myofascial massage. I was pretty nervous since I’ve avoided having anyone touch my jaw due to TMJ, but let me tell you this massage was life changing in the best way. 😭 there were definitely a few more painful points (not surprising, and handled with extreme care and precision), but it was a “hurts so good” kind of pain. For anyone skeptical about this style of massage, literally just get one, especially if you are tense, in pain, get headaches etc. I literally have not shut up about since receiving it. It’s been a few days and I’m still feeling loose, relaxed and headache-free, which is incredible as I would get tension headaches almost every day prior to coming here. It’s boosted my mood and energy levels since I’m not being drained by constant pain. The price point, in my opinion, is very fair. Megan and Erick clearly really care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. I can’t wait to come back!
